Shipping Policy

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location, carrier availability, customs requirements, local delivery conditions, and the time your order is placed.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your payment is completed.

In general, estimated delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks from the payment date. For orders shipped within the United States, delivery may be faster and typically takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Please note that we currently do not offer separate standard or express shipping options. All available shipping methods and fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time. To avoid extended weekend delays, orders processed on Fridays generally include orders placed on or before Thursday, where possible.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link. This will provide the most up-to-date information on your delivery status.

Unsupported Destinations and Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to the countries and regions listed in the Shipping Options table above.

If your country or region is not listed, please contact us at support@looki.ai before placing your order. We will confirm whether delivery is available and provide a shipping quote where applicable.

Shipping availability, estimated delivery time, and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs requirements, local delivery conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Orders placed for unsupported or unlisted destinations without prior confirmation may be delayed, canceled, or subject to additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel such orders and issue a refund if delivery is unavailable, commercially impractical, or cannot be completed under reasonable shipping conditions.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses

  • Unsupported countries or regions not confirmed by us in advance

  • Addresses that are incomplete, invalid, or not serviceable by our carriers

Looki is not responsible for orders placed to unsupported, restricted, invalid, or undeliverable destinations without prior confirmation.

For unsupported or unconfirmed shipping destinations, please note that our return policy may not apply, and repairs or services that require shipping may be limited.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link.

You can use this information to follow your package in real time.

Delays

While we always aim to ship promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or high order volume.

We’ll keep you informed by email in the event of any significant delay.

Please allow additional delivery time during peak periods, weekends, holidays, or when adverse weather or carrier disruptions may affect shipments.
