Looki at SuperAI: What Wellness Looks Like When AI Understands Your Everyday Life
At SuperAI Singapore 2026, Looki joined the panel “AI, Wearables, and the New Health Operating System” alongside industry leaders from Oura, Superpower, Heidi Health, and Elyx Life to discuss where personal wellness is heading as AI moves closer to daily life.
Much of the discussion centered on a question that feels increasingly important: if more health-relevant data now lives outside traditional medical systems, what role should wearables play in helping people understand and improve their lives?
For Looki, the answer starts with the context of daily life.
On stage, Looki's CGO, Lorry Li, shared that AI is beginning to have “an eye” and “an ear” on the real-life context around us. That context can help people better understand their routines, nutrition, habits, surroundings, and emotional patterns in a more personal way. "The long-term vision is that everyone can be their own wellness advisor with the help of AI that understands more than isolated data points," said Lorry.
That idea sits at the center of Looki’s wellness vision. How we feel each day is shaped by much more than a single score. It is shaped by what we eat, where we spend time, how long we stay on screens, how often we get outside, what environments make us anxious, and which small moments bring us back to ourselves. Most of these details disappear as the day moves on. Looki is designed as a peace-of-mind companion to help people see them again.
The Life Context Behind Wellness
A wearable can tell you how you slept. It can show your heart rate, your activity, or your body's response to stress. Those insights are valuable. They also often lead to a deeper question: what was happening in my life when those signals changed?
A poor night of sleep may be connected to a late meal, a screen-heavy evening, a stressful conversation, or a day spent almost entirely indoors. A low-energy afternoon may have something to do with food, movement, sunlight, work rhythm, or the day's emotional weight. A moment of calm may come from something easy to miss: a short walk, a kind exchange, a few minutes away from a desk, or time spent in a more restorative environment.
This is the layer Looki is built to capture. We think of it as a life context: the everyday fragments that shape wellbeing but rarely make it into traditional health data.
Looki does not need life to be manually organized before it becomes meaningful. Looki L1's AI Mode helps capture moments as they happen, reducing the friction of logging and making reflection feel more natural. A meal, a commute, a work session, a walk outside, a moment with family, or a repeated routine can all become part of a more complete picture of the day.
Over time, that picture can help people notice patterns they may not have seen on their own. Which routines support me? What environments drain me? When do I seem most anxious? How much of my day is shaped by screens? What small moments made today feel better than I remembered?
These are everyday questions, and they are often the questions that make wellness feel real.

From Daily Fragments to Personal Reflection
During the panel, Lorry described how Looki captures “daily fragments” and turns them into formats such as comics, vlogs, instant wellness tips, and personal insights. This is an important part of the Looki experience because reflection should feel approachable. It should feel like something people want to return to, rather than another task added to the day.

Many wellness tools ask people to track everything with intention: meals, moods, habits, routines, symptoms, and goals. That level of manual input can be helpful for some people, but it is difficult to sustain in ordinary life. People forget. Days move quickly. The moments that matter often happen when no one is thinking about opening an app.
Looki takes a softer path. It helps capture the day, then turns those fragments into something easier to revisit. A daily vlog can bring back moments that would otherwise fade. A comic can make an ordinary day feel memorable. A short reflection can connect a routine with a feeling. A positive affirmation can help end the day with more kindness and perspective.
This matters because wellness is emotional as much as it is analytical. People need reminders not only of what to improve. They also need to notice what supported them, what made them feel present, and what deserves to be remembered.
A healthier life is often built through small changes, repeated with more awareness. It is also built through appreciation: recognizing the moments of calm, joy, effort, and connection that were already there.
Looki PIE: A Daily Wellness Sidekick
Lorry also shared Looki’s vision for becoming a daily wellness companion through Looki PIE (Proactive Intelligence Engine).
PIE is part of Looki's shift from passive capture to more proactive support. With richer context, AI can help surface patterns, offer gentle prompts, and help users explore their own lives with more clarity. The experience is designed to feel personal and grounded, because the insights come from the user’s actual day.
Instead of asking only broad wellness questions, users can begin to ask questions that feel specific to their lives. Did I spend enough time outside this week? What did I eat on the days I felt better? When did I seem most anxious? Which moments helped me reset? What habits seem to affect my peace of mind?
This is where Looki’s role as a Peace of Mind Companion becomes more meaningful. The goal is to help people build a calmer, clearer relationship with their own routines. Looki can accompany users throughout the day, then help them understand that day with more context at the end of it.

Introducing the Life Dashboard
Looki’s new Life Dashboard, coming in early July, brings this vision into a more structured experience. Instead of turning well-being into one fixed score, the Life Dashboard helps users understand their lives through different dimensions of daily context.
This may include patterns around screen time and focus, sunlight and time outdoors, social energy, daily movement, food and routines, moments of stress or anxiety, and even signs of exploration outside one’s usual habits.
The goal is to help people see their day piece by piece. How much time did I spend in digital environments? Did I get enough exposure to sunlight or nature? Was today more socially active or more focused and quiet? Did my routine feel balanced, or did I stay too close to the same path?
These signals are still evolving as the Life Dashboard develops, but the direction is clear: Looki is building a more personal way for people to understand the small patterns that shape how they feel.
When those patterns become visible, small changes become easier. A person may choose to step outside earlier, take a break from screens before bed, protect a quiet moment between meetings, reconnect with someone, or simply notice that a small deviation from routine made the day feel better.
Living With Higher Consciousness
That phrase captures something important about the direction of AI wearables. The next chapter of wellness can be more personal, more contextual, and more human. It can help people understand what gives them energy, what drains them, what routines support them, and what small moments are worth remembering.
For Looki, living with higher consciousness does not mean turning every part of life into a performance metric. It means moving through the day with more awareness. It means seeing the connection between habits and feelings, between surroundings and mood, between memory and peace of mind.
This is why we see Looki as a Life Tracker and a Peace of Mind Companion. It helps people log life with less friction, receive support with more context, and relive their days with more warmth.
At SuperAI, the broader conversation was about the future health operating system. Looki’s view is that this future will need more than biometric signals, lab results, and clinical records. It will also need the lived context of everyday life: the meals, routines, places, screens, conversations, memories, and moments that shape how people actually feel.
That is the layer Looki is building for.
A more personal wellness companion should help people understand their lives with more clarity and more compassion. It should make self-awareness feel easier. It should help people notice what matters before it disappears into the rush of another day.
That is the future Looki is working toward: a warmer, more contextual way to understand everyday wellness.
